newbie Empty projects on the go

Post by JnJ Mon 19 Dec 2016, 12:28 pm

The easy (ish) project on the go as of today is the Aprillia RS 125 chassis etc with a tuned Honda XBR 500 in for single cylinder racing next year. Would have loved a 2 stroke 500 crosser motor for it but people want silly money for piles of scrap. This should not take too long to complete as I have all the bits. Next up is going to be the X7 based project hence why I need another dead engine. It will be 2 engines joined together to make a 500 inline 4. I have joined other engines before so I know what I am up against. Not sure of chassis yet but probably a Gamma 250. Just as well I have a fully sorted workshop/man cave.
I will get round to some pics over the next few days but as I am a computer numpty you will have to bear with me !
