just bought this morning! wanted one for 30 years!  had everything else, not sure direction going in, definatley losing the seat for starters!

there was a place on ebay doing new seats plastic base for £250   is it road registerd

Thankyou got bit in budget for parts, yes has v5 been out there spannering today lol, it had a daytime mot years back, im not all about originality so be changing seat and tail mainly for comfort and lights, lose the clipons and get standard bars and use as is, only just put my leg over it today hee hee that seat mmm, im undecided on going tzr 250 forks and wheels, saw nice aircooled yam poss 400 by me last year with later lc wheels and monoshock, looked cool!

have odd running prob, runs on lh nothing on right, good spark most odd. fuel goes into rh carb and linked to left, no oil pump its on pre mix

yes they been off, odd thing no oil tank and been used like that for track days, i thought these had to have supply to barrels or is that the early gt? theres the hole above where oil pump would be, no pipes coming out.if you see my avatar as i cannot add photos you will see the bike as it came to me ie no tank

your right the oil pump feeds a pipe to each of the barrells ive got a spare pump if you need one
